Spending Money Mindfully


I recently finished an Agriculture class through the Wilmette Institute, and the main point was, we all need to be farmers in order to feed ourselves and the world. One assignment was to document where we spend money on food. Analyzing our food dootprint gave me insight that we already shop locally for most of our food. (Though for some reason, I left off Aldi, where we shop for economy. Garlic powder may be over six dollars at Kowalski's, but will be less than two at Aldi.
