Expressive Heart Coloring Book Page

Starting a creative practice is one of the best moves you can make, yet staring down a blank white page can be intimifdating. So I offer you a coloring page for you to print out and trace over. COlor it in any way you wish; add text, a background, more swirly squiggles. Being creative is about letting loose and developing skills. That way, when you want to make a finished work, you will already have your planning laid out.

right click on the image to save it to your computer and print it out. tHen, take a clean sheet of paper, draw a similar squiggly heart,m or many. Change it up to make it your orn image. Put it on a light table or up to a window to trace variations until you get an image you are happy with.

Make a place to store your creative work. It can be in a filing cabinet, a portfolio, or an empty drawer. It's handy to be able to find your work and look at it from time to time as you journey down the wonderful path to your own authentic creativity.
